These terms cover the quote pages on quote.kolstadins.com, operated by Kolstad Insurance Services, LLC, an independent insurance agency at 200 Valencia Dr #124, Jacksonville, NC 28546. By using these pages you agree to them.

No coverage is bound here

Submitting a form here is a request for a quote and a conversation, nothing more. No insurance coverage is applied for, bound, issued, or changed by anything on these pages. Coverage exists only when a carrier issues it and says so in writing. Quotes are estimates until a carrier confirms them, and every policy is governed by its own terms, which control over anything written here.

Information on these pages

Content here is general information about insurance, not advice about your specific situation until a licensed agent has actually reviewed your specific situation with you. We work to keep everything here accurate; if something is wrong, we fix it when we find it or when you tell us.

Calls, texts, and email

If you check the consent box on a form, you authorize the contact described there; the details, including how to revoke consent at any time (such as replying STOP to any text), are in the consent language itself and in our Privacy Policy. Consent is not a condition of buying anything from us.

Acceptable use

Do not submit someone else's information without their permission, and do not use these pages to send spam, probe, or break things. We may block traffic that abuses the forms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina. If any part of them is unenforceable, the rest still applies.

Changes

If we change these terms, the new version goes up on this page with a new effective date. This version is effective August 2, 2026.
